Emily Habibi is co-owner of Matthews Studio Equipment, a family owned and operated business her father, Edward Phillips III grew over the last 50 years. She and her husband, Mark, have 3 children together.

Chris Rizzotti is a licensed real estate broker and the owner of Rizzotti Real Estate. As a nationwide top producer, he holds a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) certificate and is a licensed insurance broker and notary public for the state of California.

Nat Rubinfeld was born and raised in Los Angeles. He and his family have lived in Burbank for over 35 years.

Tom Von Der Ahe, Sr. is the president of VDA Property Company, founded in 1972. The company develops commercial and residential properties.

Peter Lynch specializes in guiding companies through complex real estate restructurings and serves as a trusted advisor to C- suite and board level executives. Prior to joining B. Riley, he was a principal with A&G Real Estate Partners and previously served as a principal and senior managing director with DJM Realty. Throughout his career, he has advised companies such as Vitamin Shoppe, Forever 21, Brookstone, Bebe Stores, Career Education Corporation, Le Cordon Bleu, Pier 1, Borders, Design Within Reach, Mattress Giant, Pacific Sunwear of California, West Marine, and Providence St. Joseph Health.

Dr. Jeff Johnsrud attended undergraduate and medical school at USC, before serving his residency at LAC-USC Medical Center.

James Hart has been in executive management for over 15 years, working in the global technology industry. During this time, he’s built strong working relationships with many leading governmental agencies, including the World Health Organization (WHO), International Red Cross and Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

Jennifer Kovac received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon before entering a career in healthcare management and consultation.

A licensed psychologist, Dr. Davis has been both a healthcare practitioner and Senior Executive throughout his career. This includes being the Founder, CEO and President of Statewide Behavioral Health Management Company, College Health IPA, and Comprehensive Behavioral Health Management. He’s also Division President of Beacon Health Options — the largest nationally managed behavioral healthcare organization.

Bob is the Foundation Board chair, championing the mission of St. Joseph Hospital throughout Orange County.
