He currently manages the investment process for a large private trust and is also an individual investor. One part of this role is to help venture backed companies develop and refine business systems to support growth and scale.
He sits on a number of private company, equity, venture and NASDAQ listed fund boards.
What motivates your desire to give back?
In giving, whether it’s of time or treasury, we can make a positive impact on our community and improve everyone’s life, including our own.
Why are you supporting the medical center?
Three of our children were born at Saint Joseph Medical Center and I can’t count the number of stitches I’ve gotten there – it’s our Hospital. One of the foundations of a healthy community is having world class healthcare – we have that in Saint Joseph. It’s all of our responsibilities to ensure it’s a resource available for future generations.
Why did you agree to join the foundation board?
It is a way for me to give back in a meaningful way.
